Annual Holiday Food & Funds Drive
On Thursday, November 1st thru Friday, December 31st, the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County will work overtime to feed more than 150,000 children, seniors and families this holiday season. Now more than ever, the Foodbank needs the community to contribute to make the holidays brighter for those most in need.

During this time, you can contribute food at various Foodbank collection barrels throughout the county, including at all local grocery stores listed under Community Participants >>>>. You can also drop off non-perishable food at both Foodbank warehouses Mon - Fri 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM and Saturday, November 10th 9 AM - 1 PM.

You can also give through our virtual food drive. It's fast and easy.

The turkey drive is Thursday, November 1st-Monday, November 19th. Please donate your turkeys at either Foodbank location.

On November 6th, you'll find a grocery bag insert in the News-Press countywide. Fill them up and return them to the Foodbank or in a grocery store food drive barrel. Thank you News-Press for your partnership.

HOLD A FOOD DRIVE
If you are interested in holding a food or funds drive for your business, school, church or another organization, the Foodbank can supply you with the following materials so you can have a successful drive: boxes, barrels, a food drive information kit, coin collection canisters and posters listing needed food items. Click here for more information. We encourage the community to pick up supplies so that we can dedicate our resources to distributing food to those in need during our busy holiday season.
