Leadership Day

On Wednesday, September 17th the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County will join millions of Americans nationwide in observing Hunger Action Month, in recognition of the more than 35 million people in the United States who live daily on the brink of hunger.

The Foodbank is asking local community leaders from business, politics, education and the faith community to 'roll up their sleeves' and help with daily operations. This will be an exciting day, filled with activity and public outreach. Together we can send a strong message that we can keep everyone in our community healthy and well fed.

Join us and become part of what we do. We are currently scheduling volunteer shifts and tours on the half-hour between 8:00 am - noon.
