BackPack Fundraiser - Santa Barbara

Join us in the candlelit “Fountain Courtyard” of the enchanting Inn of the Spanish Garden for an evening of premier wine tasting, delicious hors d’oeuvres and desserts, live music and a fantastic silent auction to benefit the BackPack Program for Kids.

An evening of premier wine tasting courtesy of the Santa Barbara Urban Wine Trail with Carr, Jaffurs, Kalyra, Kunin, Oreana, Santa Barbara, Summerland, Westerly and Whitcraft wineries.  Enjoy savories from bouchon, Seagrass, Pure Joy Catering; delightful treats from Jessica Foster Confections, crushcakes cupcakery & crushcafé and Simply Pies; Spanish guitar serenade from recording artist, Anthony Ybarra plus a fantastic silent auction to benefit the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County’s “BackPack Program for Kids.

About the BackPack Program

The BackPack Program for Kids enables the Foodbank to distribute nutritious meals of ready-to-eat food and fresh produce to needy children ages 5 – 12, who are particularly vulnerable to the effects of hunger during the critical stages of development. The Foodbank supports weekly backpack distributions in Santa Barbara, Goleta, Carpinteria, Lompoc, Santa Maria and New Cuyuma.
