The Foodbank is currently seeking a Food Sourcing Coordinator.
The Food Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Food Sourcing & Purchasing Manager by interacting with for-profit food vendors, produce growers and manufacturers, as well as other food banks.
Responsibilities include product/inventory analysis, coordination of donations, shipments and product movement, and organizing product specials. Will also assist with the grocery rescue program by becoming a good liaison with donors through regular store visits and by preparing an informational newsletter. Position is part-time. (Santa Maria/Santa Barbara)
Candidate must have:
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Excellent Communication and Written Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Clean Driving Record
